Welcome to Wildacre Sebastopols
Wildacre is offering young Sebastopol Geese, hatched in May and June 2024.
Wildacre is home to alot of wild things! In her home nestled atop the bluffs of the Delaware River,
Karen O'Brien-Maynard can be found playing with clay, dirt, bees and a flock of Sebastopol Geese and rare chickens while dancing with Livestock Guardian Dogs, fox, deer, wild turkeys, bears and a racoon or two.
These stunning and unusual flightless geese are real showstoppers with their curled feathers and blue eyes.
The Sebastopol Goose is considered rare and is listed by the Livestock Conservancy as a "threatened heritage breed".
They are medium sized and have a quiet and pleasant disposition.
